Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full booking amount. See full terms for details.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, we work with guests on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is guest safety and satisfaction.
